The Great Hackley Bake Off

Inspired by the most wonderful and friendliest competition show to ever occur in a tent, this week will be a series of lessons and challenges, with morning instruction and an afternoon bake-off ! Students will learn the method and the process of various well-known breads, cakes, and cookies, then be encouraged to turn their new knowledge into a “signature bake” of their own !
This camp is ideal for everyone (from beginner to expert) who is ready to try new things and willing to get messy. *This program will follow Hackley’s nut-aware policy but is not recommended for students with severe food allergies.
