Wednesday, February 11 at 7:00 p.m.

How do I register?
Registration is online only. When registration opens, click the Register Now button at the top of this page to access our CampBrain registration system.

My student is not enrolled at Hackley. Can I sign them up for Hackley Summer Programs?
Yes, students from Hackley and beyond are invited to register for our programs.

Do you offer siblings discounts?
Not at this time.

Are course grades current or rising?
All grades refer to rising grades—the grade your child will enter in Fall 2026.

What’s required during registration?
At registration, please complete:

  • Payment and all required forms (Participation, Medical, and any course-specific waivers such as Rock Climbing or off-campus trips).

  • Non-Hackley students must upload a doctor-signed physical dated within 11 months of the first program day.

    • All immunization records must also be current.

What types of programs are offere?
Hackley Summer Programs serve rising K–12 students and include:

  • Core Programming – activity-based fun in arts, sports, and games for grades K-12.

  • Academic Enrichment – courses that build skills and spark curiosity for the year ahead.

  • Specialty Programs – hands-on exploration of real-world topics and creative disciplines.

  • Sports Camps – focused coaching to help athletes improve and compete

What are the daily session times?
Each day includes a morning session (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.) and an afternoon session (1:00–4:00 p.m.). Some programs run full-day (9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.).

If your child attends both sessions, there’s no need for midday pick-up—we provide lunch and a supervised recess from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.

Who teaches Hackley Summer Programs?
Courses are led by professional educators, many of whom are Hackley faculty. Student assistants support larger or outdoor programs under direct faculty supervision, and select outside vendors, carefully vetted and often partners in Hackley’s after-school programs, help expand our offerings.

Is lunch and/or snack provided?
Yes. Lunch and a daily snack are included for all participants during June sessions (weeks of 6/8, 6/15, 6/22), whether attending morning, afternoon, or full-day programs.

Is extended day care available?
Yes. Early drop-off begins at 8:00 a.m. and late pick-up runs until 5:30 p.m. Both options are available for an additional fee.

Is a nurse on site?
Yes. A registered nurse is on campus each day during June to support camper health needs. EpiPens and medications may be checked in with the nurse at morning drop-off.

Can I pick up my child early / drop my child off late?
Of course! Please email egoldstein@hackleyschool.org with your child’s name, date, and pick-up/drop-off time.

We’ll ensure your child is ready at the check-in/out area when you arrive.

Is there transportation provided?
Transportation is not currently available. Families arrange their own drop-off and pick-up on campus.

Do you have a summer boarding program?
No, we do not currently offer a boarding option for summer programs.

What is your refund policy?
We understand that summer plans can change. Our policy is designed to balance flexibility for families with the staffing and planning needs of our programs.

  • Non-Refundable Registration Deposit

    • A $150 non-refundable deposit per camper is required at the time of registration. This deposit applies once per camper, regardless of the number of weeks enrolled.

  • Enrollment Changes

    • Families may request to switch into a different program, pending availability.

    • A $50 program change fee will be applied only to changes made on or after May 1.

    • No program changes will be processed after June 1.

  • Refunds

    • Refunds are not issued after registration is completed unless a valid, verifiable medical condition prevents a student from attending their courses.

  • Additional Notes

    • Absences, withdrawals, or missed days due to illness, vacation, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances are not prorated or refundable.

    • Hackley Summer Programs reserves the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment. In such cases, families will receive a full tuition refund, minus the $150 non-refundable deposit, unless the student was enrolled in only one week of programming and is not enrolling in an alternate Hackley Summer Program; in that circumstance, the $150 deposit will also be refunded. If a family chooses to switch into a different course instead of receiving a refund, the $50 change fee will be waived for cancellations initiated by Hackley.

    • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible.
