Bon Appetit - Baguette et Beurre
Mme Milller (née Taylor) is back with her French cooking fun ! This summer, the focus of this week-long course will be French breads and the delicious things we put on them. Students will learn the process and basics of bread making as well as several types of classic bakes. The foundation of a baguette is delightfully simple but there is a complex art to be learned ! No knead for experience ! This is a bake-and-take class so students will be able to enjoy and share their final product with family and friends. This camp is ideal for any level of baker who is a fan of a good loaf of bread. *This program will follow Hackley’s nut-aware policy but is not recommended for students with severe food allergies.
